We deliver across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, images, or branding on the outside. The shipping label will display a generic sender name.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order status in your account under "My Orders".

6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and failed (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the carrier will make up to 2 re-delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
