Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines:
- Unopened/sealed products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
- Opened products: Not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
- Damaged/defective products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong product received: Eligible for free replacement
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Lubricants, massage oils, and other consumable products once opened
- Lingerie and intimate apparel (hygiene policy)
- Products purchased on clearance or special sale
3. How to Request a Return
- Go to "My Orders" in your account
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Provide the reason and upload photos if the product is damaged
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

4. Refund Process
- Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Replacement Policy
For damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement. The replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item or photo proof of damage.
6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery
- Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3-5 business days
