1. Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines:

  • Unopened/sealed products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Opened products: Not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Damaged/defective products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong product received: Eligible for free replacement

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Lubricants, massage oils, and other consumable products once opened
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel (hygiene policy)
  • Products purchased on clearance or special sale

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
  2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
  3. Provide the reason and upload photos if the product is damaged
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

4. Refund Process

  • Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement. The replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item or photo proof of damage.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery
  • Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3-5 business days
